Have all wearing parts been replaced ?

Have any components been replaced as a precaution ?
Have the corresponding connectors also been replaced ?
Have the pin headers of the circuit boards been re-soldered ?
What is the condition of the metal parts under the board ? (if there is rust, this is a sure sign that the pinball machine has been wet at least from time to time).
Where does the pinball machine come from ?
Is the dealer willing to confirm the performed work and conditions in writing ?
3. is the dealer available for you at any time ? How is the communication with the dealer ? Our advice: visit the dealer and look for the personal conversation. Just look at who you entrust your well-earned money and for what.
4. what happens in case of damage ? Does your dealer know the legal warranty obligations ? Does he have a partner network ? Technicians in your area ? Especially here there are big differences. Nothing is more frustrating than a non-functioning pinball machine and you wait for weeks for the promised technician.
5. how is the delivery of your device ? From our point of view very important - especially for an inexperienced buyer: delivery by qualified personnel instead of untrained forwarders who simply do not know the matter.f
