Here's how it works:
Preparatory work
- Selection of a suitable model
- Scanning and mm-precise measuring of the playing surface
- Vectorization of the playing surface to obtain an exact template
- Scanning and vectorizing of the plastic parts to obtain an exact template
- Measuring the backglass (motif disk in the head) and creating a mm accurate template
- Measuring the body and creating a mm accurate template
- Design drafts based on the templates (by your agency or our graphic designers)
- According to your needs: Reprogramming of the gameplay, integration of individual sounds and video animations
- Coordination with the customer and corrections if necessary
Production of the various components
- Printing preparation of the playing field: sanding, repeated varnishing with intermediate sanding
- Reprinting of the playing field - final multiple varnishing with intermediate sanding and finishing of the final varnish layer
- Production of plastic parts (direct printing on plastic with white light distribution layer), laser cutting
- Production of the backglass (direct printing on safety glass incl. masking on the back)
- Production of the other components like targets, spinners, pop bumper caps, droptargets
- Production of the foils for the housing
- Production handling and supervision (also at service partner's site)
Construction of the flipper
- Construction of the housing by our master carpenter - gluing with supplied foils or direct painting of the housing
- Complete assembly of the pinball machine with new parts and new circuit boards
- Commissioning
- Intensive function test
