Of course we can repair your old pinball machine professionally. Whether it's a pinball machine from Bally, Williams, Data East or Stern - the manufacturer and the age don't play a particularly big role here. Our technicians have decades of experience in repairing electromechanical, early electronic (solid state) and modern pinball machines. Many repairs of your pinball machine can be done directly at your location. However, in some cases it is cheaper to bring the pinball machine to us: we have a fully equipped workshop and most common spare parts and components in stock. Some faults simply cannot be repaired on site. Especially the repair of the circuit boards of your pinball machine is sometimes very time-consuming and we simply cannot always have all the electronic components for the various manufacturers in stock when we go out.
Depending on the error description and the extent of the repair of your pinball machine, it is therefore worthwhile to bring the pinball machine to us in order to minimise the travel costs, for example. However, this can usually be clarified in advance by telephone.
Worth knowing about pinball repairs
- In case of a corresponding request, please have the name and the manufacturer of the pinball machine ready
- A detailed error description is of great advantage, so that we can bring directly the appropriate spare parts.
- With modern pinball machines the error messages can be read out.
- The more information you have about the pinball machine, the better we can prepare (where was the pinball machine, when was it last used, etc.).
- Pictures of the pinball machine are also helpful.
- On-site repairs can be done within a radius of about 150km from Saarbrücken - otherwise we can arrange a partner.
- We can only give a warranty on the repairs carried out by us - subsequent faults can always occur.
Special case repair electromechanical pinball machine
Of course, we have plenty of experience with repairing electromechanical pinball machines. Often these have never been maintained or even restored for many years, resulting in dirty contacts, sluggish steppers or motors The operation of these electromechnical devices is based on closing and opening contacts.
Of course, it is possible to eliminate faults and repair these pinball machines. But without the technical restoration of these pinball machines in the sense of cleaning all contacts, stepping mechanisms and motors, we simply cannot guarantee that these devices will function permanently and reliably after repair.
